SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

Work With Me

A companion for when your faith no longer feels like home.

Spiritual direction is not therapy. It's not coaching. It's not advice.

It's a quiet, unhurried space where you can say the things that don't quite fit anywhere else — the doubts, the questions, the silences — and have someone simply be present with them alongside you.

If your faith no longer feels like home, you don't need someone to fix it. You need a companion for the journey of figuring out what comes next.

WHAT TO EXPECT

One-on-one over video once a month.

We meet one-on-one over video call, typically once a month. Sessions last about an hour.

There's no curriculum, no homework, no program to complete. Each session follows where you are — not where I think you should be. My role is to listen, to notice, and occasionally to ask the question that opens something up.

Most people find that simply having a consistent space to speak honestly about their inner life is itself transformative. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit. You just have to be curious about what's happening beneath the surface of your faith.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You might recognize yourself here.

You might be a minister who has poured yourself into everyone else's spiritual life and quietly lost track of your own. You might be a longtime believer whose faith has shifted in ways that feel disorienting. You might not have language yet for what you're experiencing — only a sense that something has changed, and that there's more to find on the other side of it.

If any of that resonates, you're welcome here.

GETTING STARTED

Two free sessions before any commitment.

The first step is a free 30-minute conversation — no obligation, no pressure. It's simply a chance for us to meet, for you to ask questions, and for both of us to discern whether working together feels like a good fit.

If it does, your first full session is also free. I want you to experience what spiritual direction actually feels like before making any commitment. If after that session it feels right to continue, we'll talk about next steps then.

There's nothing to lose — only something to discover.
